MANUFACTURING ASSISTANT (PLASTIC DIVISION)

Job Responsibilities

• Execute daily production operation (operate machine, rework, packing and etc) according to the specification and work instruction so as to ensure production output achieved target and in good quality.
• Check the product quality and quantity during production as to ensure less complaint from customer.
• Immediately inform to technician, leader or supervisor to take action when product is in abnormality or machine breakdown during the production in order to minimize production downtime and reject.
• Execute jigs and tools storage system well in placed in order to have better productivity and efficiency and identification.
• Driving forklift or reach truck and execute daily WIP handling and goods delivery process so as to ensure goods timely delivery to customer. (For selected operator only)
• Conduct daily forklift checking before using and update checklist in order to meet the production schedule. (For selected operator only)
• Standby tool and jig, packing material and component for production in order to meet the production schedule. (For selected operator only)
• Count and record the rejected parts in reject slip then send to reject area for crushing. (For selected operator only)
• To assist line leader to issue WIPISF and FGISF so to ensure timely delivery to customer and in right quality and quantity. (For selected operator only)
• Conduct 5S activities as to ensure better cleanliness of the work area.
• To follow instruction from superior.

Requirements

• Willing to work in Meru Klang, Selangor.
• Warganegara.
